D.A.R.E. 2 RISE is a youth-centered initiative designed to educate, equip, and empower young people to make safe, healthy, and informed choices. It goes beyond traditional drug prevention to address the real challenges youth face today — including peer pressure, mental health, social media influence, and violence.

is a fast-paced, immersive youth empowerment experience for ages 15–24. It’s built for dreamers, doers, and disruptors who are ready to take action. Whether they’re pursuing a creative passion, launching a business, or leading change in their community, this program equips them with the mindset, tools, and network to go all in.
